General Information

Wastewater One, LLC is made up of a series of industrial wastewater treatment facilities located in was once known as the Indiana Army Amunition Plant (INAAP). This massive 10,000 acre military instalation had very demanding waste treatment needs and built several top end treatment facilities to handle an excess of 500,000 gpd.

After the military closed its operations, many different tenants began to lease the property inside the INAAP and Wastewater One, LLC has continued to service there needs.

The property is now being transfered to an entity known as the River Ridge Commerce Center (RRCC) and developed into the largest industrial park in the Louisville Metropolitan area. It is our hope to continue serving current and new tenants and property owners who locate within the RRCC.
